Vivian Nwakah

vivian Vivian Nwakah was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Skokie, Illinois She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Vivian Nwakah recently attended a global M.B.A program where she studied in Atlanta, Paris, and Rio de Janeiro. She moved to Nigeria in 2013 and became Co-Founder and C.E.O of GreenTech. GreenTech is renewable energy company focused on commercial level photovoltaic installations based in Lagos, Nigeria. GreenTech is a subsidiary of EcoSystems Environmental Management Services, an oil and gas services company. Before becoming Director of GreenTech Vivian Nwakah had experience with start-ups. She helped with the founding of Miranda and Comet Home Health Care in Chicago, Illinois.Notably, she was also the Campaign Manager for a political campaign in a 2011 Aldermanic election in the 18th Ward of Chicago. Earlier in her career, while working for Wells Fargo Financial; she personally managed a multi-million dollar real estate investment portfolio while also leading a team and overseeing the daily branch operations.
